(this comprehensive session not only offers an initial evaluation of your physiology, but also involves the set up and monitoring of a prenatal care program. This may involve exercise recommendations, nutritional guidance and other suggestions based on your needs. Dr Smith will monitor your progress throughout the duration of your pregnancy.)
