Goal Setting-New Decade, New Moon, New Goals

Join us on Saturday January 25th for the New Decade, New Moon New Goals workshop.
With 2020 getting into gear, many people are wanting to set goals for themselves, whether it be 1 year, 5 years, or 10 years.
Candace Stephenson RYT200, RPYT (Registered Yoga Practitioner) teaches us how to set attainable, smart goals, while leading us through a Yin/Yang Yoga practice.
She encourages visualization and discusses the benefits of visualizing goals.
